The address the store makes public.
Monetizing an app on Google Play requires showing the developer's full address on the store listing. That address comes from the payments profile linked to the account. For independent developers, it is often a home address. At that point the problem stops being technical and becomes one of privacy.
A practical way out is a virtual office with a registered-address service. It works as a business address and as a tax address, as long as it is a real address, can receive official notices, and is backed by a contract. Order matters. The address is updated first with the government tax authority. Then it is changed with private entities, the payments profile, the payment processor, the bank. Several of them check against the tax registry, and a mismatch can stall verification.
The same address covers a less visible requirement. Anti-spam laws, such as CAN-SPAM in the United States, require a valid postal address in every commercial email.
Each case depends on the country, the platform, and the account type. Requirements are worth confirming in detail because they can change. The lesson holds. Before monetizing, decide which data becomes public, and resolve it in that order.
