Now.

The market looks highly productive, thanks to heavy use of AI. The real problem isn't the technology. It's the lack of judgment. Designing systems takes focus. Applications need to solve concrete problems, on the premise that less is more. Real engineering means finding the exact trade-off between system efficiency and user experience. Scaling a product blindly makes it unsustainable. That's why every technical step gets discussed — to keep quality under control and stay on course.

Kromacat↗

Cross-disciplinary design and development. Kromacat is a personal photography platform — a real home for the visual identity of photographers, illustrators, and creators. The public profile is personalized through visual themes, called Styles. The grid holds the curated portfolio. The feed follows whoever the user chooses, in chronological order. Pitch adds a chat-style space, one avatar and a one-way, chronological column of bubbles, for whatever doesn't fit the grid.

Academic papers and technical posters, typeset in LaTeX, focused on the method implemented.

  • Multi-Agent Orchestration for AI Pipelines at Scale

Technical paper on a method for hierarchical agent coordination (planning, delegation, and isolated execution) applied to reducing latency and cascading failures in distributed inference pipelines.
